Why is the service life not as good as expected?
The service life will be affected by various factors, such as deviation in the center of the correction hole, insufficient infusion of cutting oil, setting the processing depth too deep, and unstable workpiece clamping. -
How deep is the drilling depth?
At present, the drilling depth is set according to the number of teeth. For example, if M8 is processed with 10 teeth, the drilling depth is 11 teeth, which is 1.25×11=13.75. If the depth needs to be deepened, line 11 of the program can be changed. # 118 -111x (#112+1) is changed to #118=-#11[#112+2]. -
When milling teeth, the tooth hole is too tight due to tool wear. How to deal with it?
You can increase the size of #113 in line 6 of the program.
